Brendan O’Donnell

Brendan served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as an AH-1W “SuperCobra” attack helicopter pilot and instructor. After leaving active duty, Brendan joined the technology and management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH). There he implemented new processes to improve major systems development and acquisition with the Department of Homeland Security. He has broad experience helping acquisition and Science and Technology program managers develop and manage requirements, draft program documentation, and interface with prime contractors. He also has experience developing Life Cycle Cost Estimates used to support investment decisions.

In addition to his work supporting government customers, Brendan has worked with aerospace and defense companies to develop in-depth market analyses and strategic recommendations for commercializing emerging technologies.

Brendan earned a B.A. in International Studies from American University in Washington, D.C. and both an MBA and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He is DAWIA Level III certified in Life Cycle Logistics and Level II certified in Program Management.

Matthew Brewster

Matt served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as a Signals Intelligence / Ground Electronic Warfare Officer and in the Marine Corps Reserves as an Artillery Officer and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC). He was the executive officer of the first USMC Radio Battalion detachment to validate the SIGINT National – Tactical Integration concept in Afghanistan. As a JTAC in Iraq, Matt leveraged his knowledge of the intelligence community to develop more efficient uses for ISR and NTISR assets in Ramadi during the 2007 Surge.

After leaving 4th Air / Naval Gunfire Liason Company (ANGLICO), Matt went to the Headquarters Marine Corps Intelligence department and worked in the Intelligence Plans (Signals Intelligence) branch where he was designated as a Ground Electronic Warfare (EW) Officer. He was the lead representative from the Intelligence department during the development of the Marine Corps’ 2025 EW Vision Concept of Operations. Matt also represented the Marine Corps Intelligence department at Task Force ISR issue meetings and worked with industry partners to develop a SIGINT payload for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle.

Matt has recent experience supporting the Intelligence Integration Division of the Marine Corps Combat Development Command, developing requirements for a recently fielded ISR platform.

Matt earned a B.S. in Finance and Building Construction from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
